The institute has state of art physical infrastructure. The Institute fulfills the norms of the AICTE. The B.P.H.E. Society has earmarked 2.62 Acres of land exclusively for the Institute of Management Studies, Career Development & Research. The land is utilized prudently. Ahmednagar Municipal Corporation permission is there for the buildings and its extension. The Institute has following buildings:-

2. Sports Complex
3. Ladies Hostel
4. Boys Hostel
5. SEEDC Building
6. Canteen

The Institute is housed in a three-storied building accommodating 10 Lecture halls, 3 Tutorial rooms, Library, 3 computer laboratories including one WiFi lab with 277 computers, Language lab, 2 seminar halls, Administrative Office, Staff Room, etc. There is a canteen for students and staff. Hostel facilities are available to the students. Rest rooms are available for students & staff. Vehicle parking facility is available for students & staff. The Institute has sports complex for indoor games & volleyball court. Play grounds & other sports facilities, transport & gymkhana facility of B.P.H.E. Society – a parent body are available for the staff & students of the institute

In addition to above play grounds for outdoorgames & gymkhana of B.P.H.E. Society – parent body of IMS are available for the students of the institute. These are located just across the road. The students also have access to the Library of Ahmednagar College which is a sister institute just across the road.

The Institute ensures that the infrastructure facilities meet the requirements of the differently-abled students. The Institute has constructed ramp for differently-abled students. The Institute has provision for lift which will be installed soon to support them. So far no such student has approached the Institute for admission. The Institute is having JAWS reading software for visually challenged. At the same time the Institute has access to the Library of Ahmednagar College, which has Centre for differently-abled students. The Centre has set up JAWS reading software for visually challenged, and also has educational CDs, and Braille charts.
