SC/ ST Cell and Caste Based Discrimination Committee

The SC/ST Students Cell addresses academic and non-academic issues and complaints received from students belonging to the SC and ST birth categories. The IMS strives to maintain an environment where all communities can participate in academic and research activities without any sort of discrimination with respect to caste.

Aims And Objectives Of The Cell

To act as a coordinating unit that works for the welfare of the students of this class.
Addressing the complaints and grievances of the students of the institution and resolving it peacefully.

In Order To Make A Complaint

Students can use the suggestion boxes placed at various places at IMS; or
They may approach the members of the cell; or
They may express their grievances online by filling out the form below.

The institute assures students that once a complaint is made, it will be treated with sensitivity and confidentiality.
On receipt of an online complaint, the institution shall refer the complaint to the appropriate Committee, along with its comments within 15 days of receipt of the complaint.
